Having obtained the needed Grace from the Almighty God, who placed in me the willingness and the drive to obey God’s mandate as instructed in Matthew 28:18–19:
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
My family and I (a total of 6 persons) moved to establish a place of worship in an area where the light of the Gospel Truth had not shone. Starting in the Pastor’s house located at Eneka, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, God has continually added to His Church such as should be saved, to the extent that the church now numbers well over a century and a half.
God gave us a decent place of Worship in a private school with all the needed facilities in place, as if it were originally built for that purpose. Besides, within the first year of our establishment, God moved ahead to bless us with our own land where we can build a permanent place of Worship. The love of our Lord Jesus Christ on us has been awesome.
Our quest to join our efforts with all the faithful children of promise who yearn to preserve and run with the Revealed Word of God for our day in Love has kept us going.
Abiding Faith Bible Church is absolutely a part of the Eternal body of Jesus Christ which is also known as the Bride of Christ. We are a non-denominational group of Bible believers who have gladly accepted the revealed Word of God for our day as brought to us by God’s humble Angel to the 7th Church Age (The Laodicean Church Age).
We are firm believers of the whole Bible, with special focus on the following scriptures:
Malachi 4:5–6
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord:
6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
